Recording Network

Local fungus groups exist in many parts of the country, helping to put mushrooms on the map in the UK. They are run on a voluntary basis by enthusiasts seeking to share their knowledge of wild fungi and help improve identification skills. They provide a welcoming environment for new members to enjoy exploring the world of fungi.

Fungus Group Leaders' meeting

Every two years, representatives from the local fungus groups come together for a 2 to 3 day meeting to hear from invited speakers, share updates and discuss a wide range of topics. Attendees are also able to catch up with friends and colleagues and meet other, like-minded experts and enthusiasts during breaks and evening events.
